About Us
Our Story
Mandy and family moved to the Scottish Highlands in 2014
for a quieter life among the beautiful scenery.
Mandy had the opportunity to cook for royalty as head chef at the Castle of Mey. It was there her love for delicious treats and cakes was discovered and so CC Chocolatier was founded.
A gap in the market for homemade and locally sourced ingredients meant CC Chocolatier was soon on its way to becoming a recognised and now award winning name with craft fairs and other local events.

After your workshop why not relax and enjoy Afternoon High tea, Ritz Style, with a selection of sandwiches, gourmet deserts, scones freshly taken from the oven and other seasonal produce, all freshly made in-house.
The Chocolatier Workshop
An hour and a half chocolate making session. This is suitable for any age from 10yrs and upwards, the maximum class size is eight.
£45 / person.
High Tea Ritz Style
A selection of freshly homemade sandwiches
Gourmet deserts
Homemade Scones fresh out of the oven, served with homemade jam and fresh cream.
We have a large selection of specialty tea including Cacao Tea.
£30 / person.
